ringing

Wow Dick Dale was even better than the other night. I got a spot right in front of the stage and he was inches from me. It rocked being able to see everything...I really need new glasses and things far away start to blur. It was so loud and my ears are still ringing but it was so worth it.

Total bonus...Scott Biram was opening for Dick Dale. I don't which one I was more excited to see. I saw him last year and have been hoping he would come back to Florida soon. I checked to see if he was playing not that long ago and didn't see anything so it was a complete surprise. He did an awesome cover of Lead Belly but changed some of the words. Talked to him a little bit after the show and bought a few cd's.

Some of Adam's friends were having an art show around the block so we checked that out for a few before the show. Got to see a few people I haven't seen in years and some kick ass prints.

Dick Dale rocks

I made a Valentines card for my hubby. He bought me a Canon ip6700d photo printer. I'm so excited but I can't set it up yet because I need to call my uncle first and have him bring over my computer he just built me.

I went and saw Dick Dale last night...it totally rocked!!! Richie had to work early today so he didn't go but my friend Shawn and I went together. I got Dick Dale to sign a poster for me and he gave me a kiss on the cheek. I also bought a kick ass shirt. Richie, our friend Adam, and I are going to go see him tomorrow night. I tried to go see him about 8 years ago but the show ended up being 21 and up...I was only 19 at the time. I'm so happy I will be able to see him twice and all in the same week!

fire, fire, fire

It's been awhile...lots has happened and it all has sucked so I'm not going to get into it.

I'm redoing my craft room though. We pulled the cabinets and counter top out of the laundry room and moved them to my room. Bought some lighting but I'm waiting on my husband to install it. Eventually my husband is going to build me some shelves. When the room isn't under construction I will post some pics.

Last night we burnt a fire in the backyard and got drunk with our friend Shawn. Had a blast. Richie and Shawn were climbing the orange tree that we lost and breaking pieces off for fire wood. The neighbors probably hated us last night...I think we were out there until 3.
