Well dinner was pretty good. I made these yummy ricotta pancakes with fresh blueberries and maple syrup, eggs, turkey bacon, and red potatoes fries. The pancakes turned out great...we scarfed them down. Potatoes and bacon were good but the eggs weren't that great. I forgot to pick up some milk and shredded cheddar so they were kinda flat and dry. Everything was ready at about the same time and I didn't destroy anything. I'm pretty happy with myself :)
Richie has all the painting done so the nursery will be ready for the carpet coming in the morning...yay!

Rushing and I cooked!!!
We are trying to get the nursery ready. The carpet is getting installed Thursday morning so Richie is rushing to repaint the ceiling and baseboards. We bought the VOC free paint and primer...boy was that a quick $70. Monday night he noticed two cracks in the plaster ceiling that ran the width of the room. It looked as if the plaster and some paint was starting to flake and fall down. Our house was built in 1959 and definitely has had lead paint used so he spent all night Monday repairing the cracks. Today he is priming the ceiling so that way he can paint it along with the baseboards tomorrow. Hopefully everything will be dried and ready for the carpet guy on Thursday.
I'm so proud...I made dinner tonight and everything turned out great. It was an easy dinner but still it was successful. I pan fried perogies & topped with salsa, steamed fresh asparagus & added a little butter with some salt and pepper, and I made a salad. I was so happy that the asparagus turned out perfectly and everything was ready at the same time (well almost). I suck, suck, suck at cooking. No kidding, I can burn pasta. I have ruined pans in the past. My husband usually wont let me near "his" kitchen but I do need to learn and he is busy with the nursery. Yesterday we did takeout and tonight I cooked without burning or destroying something. I need to come up with a menu for tomorrow. I will let you guys know how it goes.

huge post (should really do this more often)

We are having a girl!!! Her name is going to be Charlotte Amelia. I'm now 27 weeks along and getting huge.I broke down and bought another printer. It is a Canon Pixma MP160 and I only paid $70 at Circuit City. We have had this same printer at work for over 6 months now and it gets a major workout and still works nicely. I haven't tried it for photos but the built in scanner does a decent job. I mainly bought it for printing text and to have a scanner.
I used this sketch from this website for this card.
I made a papercut that I'm going to frame for her room. I found this tutorial on making a papercut and couldn't resist. SkinnyLaminx's work is amazing.

I've was doing a lot of beadweaving at the beginning of the month. The beading store I shop at was offering a free class on the black bracelet if you bought the supplies there. I had a lot of fun making it and I'm working on a green one.
