We had a great day kayaking. Jeff met us at our house around 9:00 and we got into the water around 10:00. It was a beautiful day and was almost too hot. It's December but it's 85 degrees out! We picked up some trash but not as much as we used to. I guess it wasn't as bad because we didn't have any hurricanes this season to blow a bunch of trash into the swamps.
We went down a long path that was twisty and super narrow. Half the time we were having to grab on branches and pull our selves through but that was half the fun.
We saw a funny sober boater sign (as pictured), a pink flamingo fly over our heads, an osprey catch a huge fish, a bunch of different species of birds, a lot of black ducks, and a sunken boat.
