Easy DIY Advent Calendar

Every year for our Advent calendar I use brown paper lunch bags. I like using the paper bags because I'm able to put materials for full craft projects or large treats in them. The paper with the numbers was from a Making Memories Christmas paper pack that I had bought a few years ago. I just cut the numbers out with scissors and glued them to the bags. I used kitchen string for hanging the bags. I just folded them over the string and stapled them close. I made vintage number tags the first year that I did the paper bag Advent calendar. You can check it out here and print them to use on your own.
The girls were very excited this morning to open their first bag. Inside were strawberry Magic Milk Straws...yum!
